Additional Info: ocarinaman5400 bid on local_assassin's auc on 19 diamond blocks and local ended it due to lack of bids. In fact, there was a lot of bids. I'm pretty sure you can't do that. (Section 8, Clause 3 in rules)

Thank you for bringing this up to us. As you know, cancelling auctions when there are bids already placed is against the rules. As this is their first offence, Local_Assassin will be warned about this.
In addition, thank you for providing the appropriate proof.
