    Additional Information: When I pmed them about the loan, they claimed they knew nothing about it and said their account was hacked.

    From the evidence you have given I see that it says that this user is supposed to pay back the loan on the fifth of April. Seeing as it is still the fifth I cannot do anything about this yet. If the user still hasn't payed you once the fifth is over then please re-post a new complaint at that time.
