I remember that dual accounts are not aloud. So I asked Bobbysix6. Hello backto, Im glad you reported this issue, however dual accounts are allowed, as long as they dont interact with another. I am sorry if you misunderstood this rule, however if you do see interaction between these accounts please report. ~pbrassat17 ECC moderator. I will warn the user again about interacting accounts, however no real punishment will be given. Locked.
