    I apologize that you are being treated the way that you currently are. From the screenshots all I can see is one incident, I want you to take further screenshots if this continues and file further complaints, at the moment I will be warning the user about the usage of vulgar language, aswell as swearing at other users. If you have more screenshots feel free to file another complaint with those new screenshots so that we can take more action if needed.
