    He has paid off about 10k of it and now owes 62.5k.

    Also he said he'd place dirt for my town, but not much dirt is placed to pay off 40k
    Is this user permanently banned? /seen says banned and there is no complaint against him
    and no ban appeal yet and he is a very active user.
