    In the contract he stated once the time was over i was supposed to pay, i never got it, I never paid.

    Well seeing as you didnt pay for it, no real issue happened, he felt he couldnt trust you, or didnt like the deal, and since no transaction was made to start with no scamming/etc was done.

    Complaint locked, due to invalid evidence/No real issue.
