I am glad to see that you are bringing this issue to the staff team's attention; however, lilsir64 may not have known how to do colored shouts and may have just guessed on what to do and then told you. It may seen like trolling, but the user might not have known how to do it. There is no evidence that proves that he knew how to do it.

When you need to know something, such as shout colors, feel free to ask a moderator. All of us know many of the colors and we are all able to find them. To summarize, if you need help with something related to ECC ask a moderator.

On a side note, in the last screenshot, the user used vulgar language, and he will be warned about using it. Thanks for taking this screenshot and posting it here.
