    Counter Reason: As you dont know me and ndm dont get on very well, but i have continued to receive verbal abuse from ndm in ventrillo, and when i told him to stop talking to me he just kept pming me saying that im not welcome in ventrillo channels, when all i want to do is listen to them. They also have this joke that im recording them which im not and its annoying me now, Yes i recorded them once because i though they were talking about other servers, But every time i come on ventrillo i get "guys brycey is recording".

    This is what happend the other day when i was trying to record them, okay so they were talking about another server (i though), (i wont name them all) SO i tried to record them but they moved channels so i followed them because i was all alone and then, skylexia explained to me what i did wrong and gave a me a warning.

    This feud has been going on too long with the two of you. I don't know why you can't get along and further I don't know why that in the absence of getting along you guys can't simply stop talking to each other. Ndm, in this case it is clear that Brycey365 has asked you to stop. Further, I have asked you to stop PMing Brycey365 and from what I can see, Brycey365 is simply reacting to what you have said and sent him. I have talked it over with other staff and determined that Ndm57dcraft you will be given a 2 hour tempban today for continually harassing a player after being asked to stop talking to them.

    As I have said many times both of you are not to speak with each other in any harassing or fighting manner. I do not wish this issue to continue. The next person who starts a problem between the two of you may be facing a much longer tempban.
