    Complaint: I was selling him a melon sword named(scotttheGOD's) for 295k he said he didn't trust me so I have a chest I put my melon sword in for people to do e repaires as soon as I put the melon sword in the chest for the transformation he took it out and said " I didn't receive the melon sword stop trying to scam me and went offline".

    Additional Information: The first screen shot was the deal I that was being made as you can see my melon sword is on the left of my pickaxe. On the second screen shot is him agreeing to the deal. On the third screen shot was me putting my melon sword into the chest and he took it so quick I missed the melon sword being in the chest. I have not received my 295k.

    I wanted to see the melon sword because on couple last complaints on him people told me he sold a fake pumpkin axe.
    I simply asked to see it, when he put it in a chest it was in unlocked chest, He didn't secure the sword, he didn't do /cdonation.

    that is such a lie I said pay first you said no I don't trust you so I said do you eliteshadow0000 agree to buy my melon sword for 295k you said yes so I put the melon sword in the chest and you said I didn't receive it then you said stop trying to scam people then went offline quick enough for a mod not to check your inventory then you come on 2 mins later for 3 seconds to store it in a chest back in your storage then went back offline.

    After reviewing all the evidence presented in this case I have come to the conclusion that because eliteshadowoooo agreed to pay and instead took the sword trying to get off on a technicality by saying the chest was unlocked. With this in mind elite gave up his rights to that technicality especially since he wanted the sword to be seen in the chest to make sure he was not scammed. Yes Scott should have locked the chest but the matter is elite took the sword logged off and did not end up paying at all. So here is the ultimatum either eliteshadow gives the sword back, or he pays for it. If he does neither of these things in the next 24 hours he will be banned accordingly. eliteshadow0000
    Also here is evidence of him admitting he took the sword to me.

    As elite has not intention on returning the sword and is trying to get off by a technicality that in this case does not work in his favor I will be closing this case with a ban for melon sword scamming, and failure to complete a transaction. On top of this he is going to be gone 1-2 days and with this mention will not be on to follow through with the transaction as requested by me.
