If these members are bothering you, you are able to ignore them. There is a button to ignore them on their profile. You will not see their posts nor will they be able to contact you.
If you are offended by people rating your posts funny when you are trying to be serious, I would learn to ignore it until it gets removed or a rule is set in place... if that even happens.
