    Additional Information: I kindly asked this person to remove a locked donation chest in my town. It was in my way. First they broke rule 4 in my town(you may only build on your own plot). Normally I would submit an LWC removal but this person was on. I expected a routine easy process. But this user was very rude and was trolling me. After arguing with this person they finally unlocked it but they continued to troll me and follow me and get in my way on purpose. This person overall made my experience on ecc today unpleasant.     Sorry that this has happened to you!

    I will warn Primzey for his actions of harassment. In the future, you may use the server's ignore feature. Simply type "/ignore <username>" you will not receive and chat messages from the user you choose to ignore. If you need someone to remove their locks, you can just ask them the question "Can you remove your locks in my town?". If they say "No", you may screenshot their response and file an LWC removal. That way here will not be any arguments.

    I hope this will not happen again, and if it does, please feel free to file another complaint.
