Additional info: After asking him to remove his locks from my town, he refused to, i then asked him to leave the town and refused, about 2 mins later i found him in Welch (Town Nextdoor which i also co-own) i then asked him to leave, Before going offline he said his tactic of trying not to have a lwc filed against him, He then went off. If possible i would like his /home to be wiped out of my town as he is no longer welcome here.

I am very sorry that this has been happening to you. I will talk to the user about leaving towns after being requested to by a town owner/mayor. I do however want to tell you something that you may find useful if you want to remove locks by this user seeing as that is part of the problem. Send them a message/mail giving them 3-7 days to remove all lwc's in your town, if they dont do so you have all rights to file a lwc removal if you include those specific screenshots, you will also need evidence of what date you took the screenshots, I suggest just hitting f2 two times in a row to get the information supplied in there.
