I cannot provide evidence I told her on skype because I usually talk to her. I don't know why she can't get her stuff? She does NOT have a plot on my town. She has a shop but there is chests in there and she can fly in there. She has access to all chests. Through skype she threatened to grief my town so I do not want to risk adding her back. Please do not add her back I do not want to go through another griefing in my town. So basically she was removed because she threatened to grief me. She has nothing built there all she has is chests and she can get into every chest. Thank you

 

Do you have proof the statues are yours? There in my town and I made them. I can get you all the materials you had to make the jail cell. I have mossy stone brick and that stuff. No need to take it down

 

Alright, romper83273 please take down only the plots that belong to you, if more is taken down SmallzzHD has all rights to file a grief report. I suggest both of you get on the same page for what belongs to who. I will leave this complaint open until this is fully resolved. Smallzzhd, please add back romper so all can be fixed, and so we dont have to take any action.

Okay, considering how many issues have occurred with this particular case, since Romper was just now readded to the town at 10:46 PM PST, I will be giving Romper a full 3 days from that time to collect their stuff.

I will also be leaving this open so that I can be updated on when this issue is completed.

Please do not use this to start a flame war. If you have any evidence relating to this complaint then feel free to post it, but, I will not allow this to become an insult thread. Due to this, I request no one posts unless 1) Romper finishes clearing up their stuff, 2) someone has new screenshot evidence, or 3) Something new goes wrong with this that needs to be brought to my attention.

So, romper83273 was able to collect their building materials and items, as they are suppose to be able to. We have several staff members who witnessed several of the statues in question being built by Romper. Further, due to logs being cleared we have no way of knowing who took down the statues, but, I know due to my conversation with romper, it was romper. However as of right now, we only have evidence, through multiple staff members, of romper making the 3 statues in question. Due to this, Romper is not going to be held accountable as this is not grief, but collecting materials.

So, if either of you have any more questions about this issue, please feel free to forum PM me.
