He claimed he had bought it "again". But after a 2nd look at the giftcard forum i still hadn't recieved it. A GA told me to wait a total of 2 days for it to be sure that it wasn't some paypal messup. It's been 2 days and still the giftcard hasn't gone through. This leeds my to suspect the giftcard was never actually bought.
