Although you were unable to see me I was also at the location of this event during the investigation, the only result that were found was that said user had indeed destroyed blocks at that location around the time that you reported dying.

 

Alpert indeed has perms to my farm, and he had rented my mom sword many times. So he knows I have them (had I guess now) and that I normally let people who use it use my farm as well. Vintage_gamer was faint there and it may well be the case that Alpert did this as he asked me if he could farm there and I said yes. I have seen him farm sg my farm there often and he is one of the only active members.

 

This user recently sold me a melon sword , for $375k , could this possibly be the sword in question here?

I'm aware that this is off-topic, but I have a question that I'd like answered. This user, alpert3925, also owes me 15k as a form of insurance after buying $20 worth of gift cards from me. If he is banned, and the odds aren't in his favor, what happens to that 15k? I'd really like to be paid for the money I put into this server for him.

ok everyone hear is what i think happened in this situation. Please hear me out on this as i AM going to make this right... I "share" an account with my older step brother he rarely ever plays and 99.9% of the time its me who is playing. (Quick note he doesn't know about/have access to this forum account) He does know quite a bit about the server and watches me play sometime. It is possible that he did kill vintage and take the sword... He told me that he got a melon sword, so of course i asked him how? His response was that someone accidentally dropped it at spawn and he sprinted over and picked it up. Knowing that he got it in that way ( if he actually did get it in this way) it wasn't against any server rules (that I'm aware of) so i kept it. A few days went by of me farming with it so i had to get multiple repairs. I got one from a player, i don't remember who, but he said "where did you get this sword? My friend has a sword named the same thing." My response was i bought it at the spawn shop and named it and added unbreking 3 . (The reason I'm telling you this because if that user comes and post on this about this repair, i will look like a liar and it will hurt my chance of being forgiven/aloud back on the server. Also the reason i lied is because i thought it could have been his and he would take it back) 4-5 days went buy and Icondigi and another user who i don't remember bought the sword for 375k. ( there were mods present at this so they can confirm this trade) So... thats the story, and if there is 100% evidence and there is absolutely no possible way that it wasn't my account who committed this crime i will return every last penny of what i owe to Icondigi/Kconahan or anybody who i owe money to because of this... I am EXTREMELY upset about this situation and know this will ruin my ECC reputation forever and will never be a trusted player again. (sorry for the sob story just wanted to let you know how i felt) I rented Kcon's sword a few times and 1 time i was unclear on the time or return but did end up returning it and all the others i returned the sword right when it was due, give or take a minute, so i have no intention of scamming kcon or anyone else I have already changed my MC password and will never allow my step brother to play on my account ever again seeing that he caused a major issue... So in conclusion i would like to know what I need/will do take make this situation right if the evidence points in my way. (I still have 400k so i can pay off what i owe) I have always been a trusted, player never scammed and have always attempted to do my part in the ECC community to make it fun and enjoyable... I Have also spent ALOT of money on this server and hope that this issue wont prevent me from making things right.

I am Sorry to Icondigi, Void_yo and Jbuks for involving them in this. Also i would like to apologize to Vintage-gamer for my step brother actions, (if indeed he did kill him) And Mostly I would like to apologize to Kconahan for the fact that it is your sword and caused you a lot of stress due to it being "lost"
