Shotgunboy0130 Could you please provide any evidence in your say of defense in this issue?

 

I do not advocate horse stealing or killing in the global, however, I do believe this is a ruse by partyman to intentionally induce shotgunboy's ban.

So, after discussing this issue with the fellow staff members and doing some testing on the death of player via falling off horses. There is no possible way Shotgunboy0130 contributed to the death of Partyman909. While he may have been holding the horse by a lead whilst flying, I did some testing on the death of player when they die from falling with a horse, and the screenshot you have provided partyman909 is completely inaccurate to the many tests I preformed.

The only possible way you could have been able to take such a screenshot is if you voluntarily jumped off the horse to your own death. As well as, the argument could be provided that "when a user dies, the horse moves around." While this may be true to the view of other users, I can confirm that when you die from falling WITH your horse, the horse is locked in it's position and on a players screen can not be identified of any movement, while when you die from jumping off said horse, you can still see the entity move around, which is the case here.

So, in conclusion Shotgunboy0130 is NOT responsible for the death of Partyman909 in any way. As well as since you admitted to even setting up Shotgunboy to be banned partyman909, I'll be issuing you a warning here to not set up users again in the future. If caught doing so, you will face punishment.
