Please provide evidence on how you obtained perms to this town. While you are the original owner of the town, you're eviction process does not meet the requirements under the rules. The fact you made a town alert thread for eviction a few weeks ago but didn't wait until 3 days ago to tag them raises an alarm for me. romper83273 brought to my attention that there were at least 3-4 other mayors/co-mayors of obsidian that were not going to sell the town back to you.

Your failure to say who sold the town to you as well as you not giving the members of the town the proper amount of days notice through the forums or /mail is not the correct way to handle the eviction process.

Tagging revanrose6 in this complaint as she is aware of the situation as well.

I tagged them three days ago because I was informed that in order for my 7 day alert to be effective, I had to. Also, I guess I will have to make an exception to the privacy rule :p here are the screens.

I was unaware that there were 3-4 other mayors that were not willing to sell the town to me. I just pmed mista_j because he was the only one that was truly active. The others were banned, or inactive (7-14 days+). I tried a long time ago, but I got a ridiculous price :p the town was truly in ruins so I wanted to fix it up.

 

I did /seen on you and couldn't find you when I purchased it. I must've made a typo

 

I'm willing to work something out with you. I'm mostly inactive, so I can negotiate a fair deal if you'd like :)

It costed you 120k to flatten the town?...... when I sold it to kvbillo, it was just a grassland..... I understand that you are mad and all, but that would only cost like 20-40k with a world edit team. Also, I've seen from lots of experience that money you put into a town depreciates a lot. I have flattened most of the buildings in the town because it was almost 100% abandoned. I've been informed that there was major grief by one of the residents too. How about we chat in game?

 

Most of the town was grassland. Only an edge of the town was mountainish. With all due respect, romper, it has severely depreciated in value. 120k is a hefty price to pay because when I posted those posts, there were not high mountains. Only a few hills on 1/5-1/4th of the edge of the town. Mail me via forum maybe? I can't get online now.

 

Excuse my noobiness, but what is TeamSpeak? xD I've never had ventrilo and I'm assuming that it was replaced with TS.
