    The town is already back in your possession... and since you said this was handled by Wewinagain, who hasn't been a ServerAdmin for WEEKS now, this should have been filed on the day it had happened. Since the town has already been returned and the fact that this complaint is way over due for a ruling, there is no need for any action to be taken.
