    Felon Username: rovert66 Complaint: This user used language not alloud on ecc for no good reason.
    I had used my SG kits and killed him. then then said this to me.

    Additional Information: there was no reason for this at all and this user
    needs to know the rules of ECC and be punished accordingly.
