    Counter-Reason: Well, I was selling an eff4 fort3 diamond pick for 1.4k and I got the money let him have it and he came over and stole it, I was selling it to CreeperBusniess7 so he witnessed it. When he stole it I gave creeperbusniess7 His money back, and TheRealCallum123 told me I could only get it back for 2k, Though I didnt buy it cause I was poor at the time and selling it for less than that

    After further examination, it seems that the pickaxe was thrown onto the floor, which means that what happened was fair play.
    As soon as an object is on the fround, its considerably "fair play" to anyone who wants to take it.
    To avoid this in the future, use chests, or even mods, to go ahead with transactions and avoid incidences like this.
