    Evidence: Contract. Sending user 20,000 ECD. Agreement of Loan in-game.

    Additional Information: I am aware this user is banned. In addition, he has been offline from the forums since October 23, 2013, and offline from ECC for 20+ days. This complaint is only being posted so that if Niklasniesen2002 decides to appeal again, this will be an additional add-on. He owes 30,000 ECD from the loan and 70,000 ECD for being 2 weeks late. Total owed: 100,000 ECD.
