    Complaint: He has grieved the 4 houses around his own in the town of RazeCity. Two of the are broken glass. One is house full of gravel. One is house full of cobble.

    Evidence:

    Information: I sold perms to him and he abused them. I was going to confront him on another fact for building out of plot when I was walking. He has gone to far and I have removed his perms.
