    Complaint:Dobby said that he will have the 22k he owed me in 2 weeks, which the due date was 9/23/13 and well it's LONG over due, I gave him two more times to give me the money and his excuse both times was he lost it in lotto.

    Additional Information: I am really sad because the money would have got me mayor.

    Do you have a timestamp for your screenshot? It shows when the screenshot was taken, and without one I can't be sure when the agreement was made.

    Unfortunately, the file name does not count as a proper time stamp. After talking to you in-game you explained to me that you don't have a screenshot of the in-game time stamp, so I'll be dismissing this Complaint. If you have still not received your 22k in two weeks from this date, 11/30/13, feel free to file a new Complaint. Thanks.
