Yes I will put the evidence of him paying me 4k but I was on minechat so therefore there are no screenshots of him telling me he broke it. Also, he is not going to be able to pay me back because he is quitting ecc.

I have been looking over the contract that both players agreed as per the above link. I know that having an eff 7 pick lost is very upsetting but you do state in that contract that if the pick is lost or broken superale35 that he has 2 week to replace or give Kick_Me_1235 $650K if this dose not happen 5 days after this kick_me_1235 will make a complaint .that give superale35 until 21st December to repay/replace.
As no other avidence can be givn I will give superale35 until this time to furful the contract before any further action can be taken by Kick_Me_1235
please also remember that screenshots from media eg minechat are not acceptable as as evidence.
complaint locked and denied -as felon still has time to replace/repay for lost eff 7 pick.
