    Felon Username: TheKDShowz_Kevin

    Complaint: Involvement in a dual account MSword scamming. After discussing with certain staff, I was informed that they came to the conclusion that Renvane had used TheKdshowz_Kevin's account to scam the MSword. However, I have managed to gather evidence that contradicts that conclusion. I saw, and got evidence of, thekdshowz_kevin attempting to sell a Melon sword. Both these users played on similar/same IP's aswell, and thekdshowz_kevin has admitted to me that Renvane was his cousin. Before his successful scam, Renvane contacted me about a potential MSword rental, here is our convorsation over pm:
    Him: Hi, I heard you have a Melon Sword.
    Me: From who?
    Him: TheKDShowz_Kevin, my cousin, told me.
    Me: Sorry, I do not rent any more.
    Him: Don't worry, I am trust able
    Me: Are you thekdshowz?
    Him: No
    Me: So if I tell a mod to check the ip's they wont be the same?
    TheKDShowz_kevin: Hi, sorry, don't rent to him, just don't
    This was my conversation over pm (Check logs, this is from my memory). I do not think it is possible for Renvane to; 1. have such an indepth knowledge of the game as a builder, and 2. to know I had a Melon Sword. After getting very fish about it, I found out that appleprocucling had the same experience, I would like you to comment what happened to you as well.

    Additional Information: I am also having serious doubts about wether or not Renvane is actually his cousin. If he were a different person, he would have made a sufficient appeal and would know from a ECC veteran like thekd how to make an acceptable appeal. Also, why would Renvane need TheKDShowz_Kevin's account to steal the MSword?

    We, as the staff team, discussed this in a very thorough manner. We knew as a team that the 2 accounts had the same ips. The evidence that was provided to us in the complaint, backed with our knowledge by one of our staff members helped us decide that KD had no intention of committing the complaint. It was Renvane who had logged into kd's account and had made renvane seem like a trustworthy player.
    As clause 2 of section 6 states:
    Section 6;Clause 2 said:
    The rules clearly state that use of alternate accounts will lead to a ban. The reason that kd was not banned was because it did not benefit him, nor was he aware of these events occurring. Renvane was the one who used KD's account to benefit himself.

    Locked. Complaint Already Resolved.
