However, if this user accuses you of hacking in a global chat channel then please post another complaint with evidence of this, as it would wrongfully skew other players' perception of you.

Additionally, you may file a complaint if this user continues to harass, spam, or send you messages which include inappropriate language.

I'd also like to remind you that you can always use the /ignore command to help protect you from confrontations you have in chat with another user.
