Felon Username: Jak221 and spankynutbean Complaint: users has failed to pay me 17k for a suite in my town as per town suite costs, it is 17k and I have given them to 12/15/13 to do so and it is 12/17/13 and no money has been recieved as of yet. They have been using the suite as their own home without any care about the debt and I even set up a trade sign for them.
