We will either need screenshots from you or confirmation from yellowasain that they did receive it. 2) yellowasain_rw, do you have any proof that you have returned the pick before the due date? I will allow 24 hours for this complaint to develop before staff takes action based on the facts provided, ~sick24 24 allotted for evidence to be provided
