Complaint: My efficienty 7, unbreaking 3, silktouch 1 pickaxe is 6 hours late, it was due back at 11:30am EST its now 4:24pm EST

Additional Information: I dont want to get him banned(yet), or any sort of punishment(yet), its just been too long, i have to do something to ensure my pick or money back. :s

There are some things that I would like to ask both parties for confirmation:
1) Izz9 Do you have any screenshots that can confirm that you gave yellowasain_rw access to the pick at a given time? We will either need screenshots from you or confirmation from yellowasain that they did receive it.
2) yellowasain_rw, do you have any proof that you have returned the pick before the due date?
I will allow 24 hours for this complaint to develop before staff takes action based on the facts provided,
