Felon Username: kconahan. Complaint: user Kconahan was banned before his loan deadline to me was up, and never paid the loan back. I had loaned out 100k ECD to this user to be returned as 140k ECD by January 16th. Evidence: Additional Information: The top screenshot was supposed to capture our written agreement, as my common practice with return loaned (this was kconahan's second loan from me) is to just use screenshots instead of going through a full contract. The screenshot, however, did not get all the words I wanted but only kconahan's verbal "yes", or his agreement to the loan's stipulations. If you asked Kconahan I am sure he would tell you what I have; that we both agreed on the amounts and payback dates listed above in "Complaint". 140k ECD does represent a large amount of my money, and is about my entire profit margin from the last two month's loans through my loan service.
Please don't post on appeals unless you have evidence pertaining to the case. If the user did something against the rules (i.e scamming) please make a separate complaint following the format requested.
I went through all my screenshots and regrettably don't have a screenshot of the original agreement (it's literally the only one I don't have). If Kconahan replies to this, though, I'm sure he can tell you that what I am saying is correct. On a side note, since Kconahan has been banned and hasn't been on the forums since his appeal, what happens if he remains inactive?
Without evidence of the Original Deal, I am sorry to say that we need to dismiss this complaint because of the lack of evidence. Kconahan is already banned as you mentioned, and will remained banned until an appeal comes up and he gets unbanned. Upon his arrival, Id suggest talking to him regarding this, and perhaps you guys can work something out between you two. Locked. Lack Of Evidence.
