Complaint: Agreed to buy me multihome for 76k. I did not receive multihome.

Just like hirokinae, he ignored me after I payed. He then bought lotto tickets right afterwards. The one time he did respond I asked "can you PM me the trans ID" and he said "I can't bc you can get my personal info". The fact that he said that means that his card was not denied like he said on hirokinae's complaint.

Since nothing has been posted from MrWaffaJaffa in the last 24 hours, and adding the fact that he is already banned for donation scamming from another user, I will be adding this to his ban reason.
