Just this morning, I get up and I see this notification in my inbox. I read the above message, but I can't add any moderators to the conversation, as he's taken just about every precaution he can to not get caught by staff. Every precaution except for the fact that Screen Capture works just fine in this scenario. And for everyone's information, I have not been banned ever. I was warned. Then after I was issued a warning, I stopped. pokeashpoke, however, posted this conversation and continued the flame war. Also, when was I banned?
Alright, after doing a little investigating and discussing with some other staff, here is what I have concluded: pokeashpoke will be issued a one week forum temp-ban for their continual trolling / slandering of users / use of vulgar language. Their actions have been continual and persistent enough to warrant this ban. Poke, please know that this type of slandering and trolling needs to stop. Staff and more specifically the users of ECC deserve a clean, healthy, and positive environment, please correct your actions in order to preserve that mission. chocolatecheese1 will be asked to /ignore pokeashpoke should poke attempt to slander/annoy chocolatecheese via pm in game. However, should chocolatecheese find out that poke is slandering them via other chats, including but not limited to private messages to other players and global chats, chocolatecheese has every right to file a complaint with evidence gathered by themselves or from other users. Additionally, chocolate, should another forum pm like this one be sent to you, please use the "Report" button located on the message so that the staff team may be handle situations like this quicker.
