As metroplex does not have a forum account, I have sent him in-game mail about your Complaint. I have explained to Metro that as you have not received the Pickaxe, he must either refund you the 6k or give you the Pickaxe sold in the Auction. If he does not respond within 24 hours, we will act upon the evidence you have provided.

Guys, metroplexe is one of my friends, I let him borrow the pick so he could go mining and get started on ecc. He eventually asked if he could sell the pick, and I said yes. He sold the pick but then explained to me on Skype call that the pick was not received buy the buyer, and he no longer has the pick himself, I even got him to share screens and show me his inventory and the one chest he owns, no pick was in sight. Also, he logged out suddenly due to the ice storm he's having where he lives, which is why the Skype call abruptly ended as well. I was the original owner of the pick, and it has not even been returned to me. metroplexe is highly trusted by me, and this is coming from a [$$$] President.

As both me nor Zorracraft have received any response from Metroplexe, and he's been online since my mail was sent, Metro has been banned for Auction Scamming.
