Felon Username: Tommy10606 Complaint: Tommy10606 is using the town "Rockvalley" as co-lateral for a loan, meaning he can not sell the town. Yet, he pm'ed me and offered me the town for 50k. He also sold co-ownership to fire_Chicken_15 for 30k and I'm unsure if he actually will give him a refund, but he agreed to in the 4th screenshot. (There is no chance he could have bought it 5 months ago.) this shows the user is trying to scam fire_chicken25 out of the co-ownership. Because this complaint is made by a third party, I would like to hear from both fire and snackmac on this particular issue. snackmac being the other member in the contract with tommy10606 snackmac I would like to hear what you have to say about this complaint since it was made by a third party Fire_chicken25 Can you confirm that you did or did not get your refund from this transaction. At the time my contract was made, I noticed that Fire_chicken25 was on the owners list, but @tommy10606 did not inform me of his deal with him, and said that the town was his (tommy10606's). In addition, Fire_chicken25 told me that he purchased the town completely (rather than just co-mayor) and was only unable to remove tommy10606 because of his status as a resident.
I Fire_chicken25 purchased town "Rockvalley" to be the only owner from tommy10606 for 30,000$. I was not able to remove tommy10606 from owner list. Transaction was done on January 08.2014 at 7:30 PST!!!
Fire_chicken25 Do you have evidence (screenshots) of tommy10606 agreeing to give you sole ownership, and of you sending him payment? Tagging Lady_Frost so she can see the updated information.

Just adding notes to make it easier for other mods who review this: Tommy10606 had ownership of the town "rockvalley" Tommy10606 then sold rockvalley to Fire_chicken25 (sole ownership) on January 8th. Tommy1060 then made a contract with snackmac to take a loan on January 9th, using rockvalley as collateral. After discussing this issue with other members of the staff team, I will be issuing a ban to tommy10606 for Breach of Contract and Scamming. Ban issued. Complaint locked.
