I'm here to confirm that, in fact. All my money was restored. I would also like to add some information to help you deciding if he should (or not) be punished:

We were trying to trade the item in a safe place in spawn but I noticed that the subject was sneaking behind ilovegir56. So he/she alowed me to enter in a town named articpaws, where she's/he's a owner. The subject realised what was happning and also followed us and entered the town where he was not allowed to, breaking the clause "3.1 - trespassing" and also the main clause "3 - harrassment": "Harassment constitutes as any form of action (chat or game play wise) that makes another player feel threatened or otherwise ruins their game play." - server rules.

Then we decided to create a chest and use cprivate and cmodify but somehow he managed to open it. Well, I have no ideia how he exploited this but the fact is that he did.

I just hope that justice is made because this behaviour is sad and degrading to the server.

First of all, if you want any action to be taken, you must submit unedited screenshots. We do not accept edited screenshots in any form, as they can give a biased perception of the occasion. In addition, after reading through your Complaint, there's a couple problems; you stated that the player took the Axe from a locked chest. However, there's no way for another player to access a locked chest, which means that the chest wasn't locked properly, or you may have dropped it on the ground by accident. This means that it is very unlikely any action will be taken against roostermc in regards to stealing from you, as his actions were most likely legal.

You said that you left spawn to meet at a more secure place (ilove's town). If Trespassing/Harassment did occur, the Staff team will be able to act upon that, however you will need to provide evidence of Trespassing in a new Complaint. Appropriate evidence would be a screenshot of a Co-Mayor asking roostermc to leave the town, or roostermc continually following you after being asked to stop.

If you have valid evidence to prove Trespassing or Harassment, do not hesitate to file a new Complaint against roostermc.
