Complaint: Not paying money back after Ban Appeal.

I pmed serveral players in that list posted by zardgyer above the link, ingame and few top half players on th list got paid back, but other bottom half players on the list, didn't get paid back including me. I tried to contact him many many times through pm&mail to get my money back, so I don't have to worry that he might quit again. But eventually at the last mail on due date, he said he is not going to pay back, and will just get perma-banned and never see me again(in a joking&mocking tone, and never showing any apology which makes me more piss off). I don't wanna see this scumbag ever in ECC unless he pays me the money back.

 

He mailed me back in the day that's almost close to due date. I appreciate your help TheKDshowz_Kevin trying to help this case, but what he clearly said is not paying me back. I know very well about this case's situation more than anybody else, since I tried to contact him numerous times to get my money back, and I even contacted most of the people on the victim list to track on how far he paid back, because his time length of inactivity during his 3months free time worried me a lot that he might get bored earning money for debt, and just give up and quit ECC again.

I am not sure when your screenshot got taken, but I bet it's not as recent as his mail that i got most recently. I know it, because he also said to me so many times that he can pay back, to relief me whenever I tell him to pay. So there is no more point of you providing that kinda screenshot, because right now in his most recent status, he simply decided to get banned and quit. I had interaction with him so many times, and he constantly say that he is not going to get banned and he will pay me back the money he scammed, but now this is what I get at the end of due date from him. Mail that's mocking me that he will just get perma-banned and will never see me.

He even once showed me the trade sign placed by "vtfan8" that contains lot of money, and saying to me that this is the money to stack it step by step so he reach the goal and pay back the money to victims, so I trusted again. But after few days later when I contacted vtfan8, he said he gave up on schloty21, because he won't ever reach to the money he need to pay until due date, so he just retrieved the money that he tried to help to him, and broke that sign. He told me his debt is not just what it's said on the zardgyer's list, but he also has more debt that's not shown, which is eff7pickaxe or something. Even schloty21's friend gave up on him. vtfan8 clearly said that he gave up on him, directly to me. That was almost my last hope on getting my money back.

I would be really glad if I can get the money back, but I lost all the faith and hope to him, by his last mail that's mocking me and making fun of me. Now I just know. He is clearly not going to pay me. He is just going to get banned. So staff.. and zardgyer.. just ban him and don't ever let him come back to ECC ever. I already got enough stress from this guy for last 3 months, and I am not going to take anymore.

And by the way, this is just my opinion... He really didn't deserve that free extra 3 months from the beginning.. It was way too long for scammer like him allowing to play more freely. :(

 

Sorry, but you sound like typical excuse that miss-guides what's the real problem and where it started. You have absolutely no rights to call my demand as "harrassing" when you first started the whole scam from the beginning, with damaging other person financially. You can judge me whatever you want, but don't miss-guide and twist the whole situation in your own selfish explanation that's covering your faults which is more bigger from the beginning. All action that's breaking law, has consequences and you have to live with it, when you did something harmful to others. And you broke law for scamming many people, damaging financially which is critical, since this server is all about "hardcore economy". And those consequences is the gravity that you have to bear with it, which is demand from victim requesting you to pay back, since there is no guarantee that you would not quit again
(and which you just did now. You "QUIT". This whole situation proves that my concern was right, and reasonably explains why I was trying to make you pay me as soon as possible).
And you sound like you are the only person who has important things to do in real life, and everybody else isn't, which is quite wrong. Making a excuse on your real life time management has nothing to do with me, and none of my business. And also, it's not something to brag out loud that you are the only person who cares more about real life proudly, and insult other peoples, about how they spend time on ECC.

See? This guy never learns what's the real point of the whole situation, and never learns what he has done is big crime in this community. This scumbag's Ban appeal should've never been accepted from the beginning. Ban him immediately. I mean NOW.
