Felon Username: deathtoll1 Complaint: Failure to pay back loan (second time) Evidence: I cannot find the original complaint but after his 1 month ban he came back and had 1 month to pay me back 430k he has not talked to me nor done anything to make any attempt to pay me back. Plus he's been off for 10 days. Additional Information: N/A

I am extremely sorry, I didn't have much time to get on minecraft, not to mention, ECC. I am terribly sorry about this but I will try and see if I am able to get on soon. Once again, sorry for the trouble I caused you OhMrsKittyKat.
OhMrsKittyKat & deathtoll1 - Are you two able to come to a new arrangement for repayment of the loan? I am happy to help write a contract detailing a repayment plan.
deathtoll1 EDIT: This may have came out mean, or disrespectful so I will rephrase myself. We can work out a payment plan but I want to see effort into getting me my money back. EDIT2: If what you say is true why didn't you come up to me and talk to me instead of ignoring me. I would have given you more time and helped you work around your playing time.
I haven't went on ECC or the forums since around 10th jan, had an email from ECC that I was tagged so I came to check it out.
deathtoll1 - please could you give an indication on how much you would be able to pay back per day/week so that your debt can be paid back within a reasonable time.
Im not too sure yet, but I'll get on the server and see how much I can earn a day and then make an indication how much I could pay per day.
deathtoll1 Ohmrskittykat has requested that you pay 30k a day as he has already waited an extended period of time. Can you make that work?
