Felon Username: alexfarmer Complaint: I was co-owner of the town miniTown and all of a suddenly I was removed not only as owner but as a member. After poking around I found out that miniclh the original town owner sold the town without noticing me 7 days in advance nor did alexfarmer from removing me from the town. I would like to stay as co-mayor of this town as I was before or be given some of the prophets made off of miniclh for selling the town because I was the co-owner. Before I handle this complaint, I would like to find out more about the situation: Coolslammer3 - Do you have evidence/screenshots of the agreement made which resulted in you becoming the co-mayor? Did you pay to become co-mayor? If so, do you have screenshots of you making this payment? miniCLH + alexfarmer - Could you please explain your side of this story, as well explaining the sale of the town. alexfarmer - If this was a mass eviction from a town, did you follow the correct guidelines requiring an eviction-notice in the Towns Discussion forum? Could you provide a link to this to prove that this requirement was complied with. Left unlocked for 24hrs for further evidence
The Town Sale: http://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/contract.83841/ I sold the town to this user is the contract and it is indeed him that removed myself and coolslammer from the owners list, the user then sold it to alexfarmer, i am saying it was not mine all alex's actions that did this but it was the user that bought the town.

miniCLH - Thank for you providing a link to the contract and explaining the sale of the town. Coolslammer3 - Unfortunately if you don't have screenshots of the payment or agreement then there is nothing that the Staff team can do about you being removed as co-owner. We don't accept witness evidence or statements from other players, so unfortunately we can't take any action because of what miniCLH's friend says. Were you given any advance warning regarding being removed from the town however? itz_triiicky could you please explain if this was the case and you did indeed remove Coolslammer3 from the town without warning?
Seeing as this complaint is regarding retaining the position of co-mayor and is against alexfarmer, and no evidence has been presented to prove either an agreement or showing payment, I am going to be dismissing this complaint. Coolslammer3 - You may have grounds to file a complaint against itz_triiicky for failing to give you sufficient warning of being removed as a member of the town to collect belongings etc, although should you wish to pursue this please file a new complaint for that matter. (I am not saying that you definitely do have a strong claim however as I don't know the full situation) Complaint dismissed - lack of evidence
