    lost 7850 dollars in his treasure cove event when they were auctioning off lockers. After buying a locker I hoped that there would be at least something inside but i only got rails and useless ores that i can't even use.

    Assuming that game is like Minewars, it was not a scam.. I have not seen that game/event in action, but I'm going to guess it is much like Minewars.

    You also don't have any screenshots or anything for proof.

    I can't do anything, and I don't see much a problem. Any time you participate in a game or event run by a user, you have to realize that you may not get what you pay for. Look up Storage Wars; you get a glance at a storage unit, bid/pay a price for it, and hope for the best.
