Silentshot90 - Hello, thank you for filing this issue. Which of the two picks did you receive from austinberger? And did you receive it before paying austinberger? austinberger , can you please explain what happened? Left Unlocked
I received the eff. 4 dpick axe. I paid before I received the pickaxe. He announced he was selling those two so i made him an offer. He agreed to that and i tped him to a safe location. I then paid him the money and he through the pick down and left. When i tried to talk to him it said he was offline with in 10 seconds of him leaving and me trying to message him.
Silent, this isn't enough evidence to have for the staff to look at. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
BlakeNBacon - Please do not post on complaints that do not pertain to you, or complaints you do not have relevant evidence or information to supply.
Silentshot90 - It appears though, in your evidence pictures, that you possessed the enchanted pick before you paid austinberger. Could you help explain this?
The left pick is mine that I already had I took a picture of it to show you that it wasn't it either. The pick on the right is the one i received after I paid him. Sorry for the confusion I only received one pick from him not both. Sorry I went back and took the shots after he didn't give me both.
Silentshot90 - Do you have any more screenshots where the transaction could have been described in greater detail? From the trade chat description, it is not clear, and it sounds like it could have been for one tool.
The chat in the first picture at the top said he was selling a Fortune 3 and a eff. 4 diamond pickaxe. The way he wrote it made it sound like two pickaxes. Putting them together with the word "and" told me that the offer was for the two pickaxes. So I then made an offer. Once he agreed I brought him to a safe location and then paid him. He then through only one pickaxe down and left, when I tried to ask him where the other one was he was already off line.
Silentshot90 - Unfortunately, the trade advertisement is not admissible as evidence of a contract. It is merely an advertisement for goods and services. You should always confirm the trade of goods or services, in detail as it relates to you and the other party, before conducting a transaction. I'm sorry, but there is not much we can do here. Locked
