    Complaint: I recently gave a loan of $60k to this user and he agreed to pay back $110k on Weds, Feb. 12. This user has just gotten himself banned for three days just because he wanted to be.

    Additional Info: None, but i know that ECC doesn't give refunds so if you could unban this user to pay what he agreed to, that would be great.

    While we understand your concern, there is nothing we can do right now as the ban that was issued is only 3 days, and expires before the money is due. After February 12, is the money is still not paid, we would be more than happy to assist you as best as we can. Thank you!
