    Thank you for bringing this to our attention, cancelling auctions just because your not getting the price you want is against our rules on ecc. Auctions involve the risk that you might lose money instead of making profit. This is the first complaint raised against him formally so he will only receive a warning to complete auctions all the way through in future.
