Soo my friend got banned last week for xray he's counter reason was that he did a video for youtube and forgot to uninstall it

anyways he has been so sad all week and i just wanted as i friend tell u this:
Please give him one chance more if he does it sure just ban him but please just one more chance... he has been on this server soo long and was about to buy mayor rank and is as i said really sad because he thinks this server is one of the best so please Ecocitycraft just give him one more chance.
