Please keep arguing out of the complaint, however do you have screen shots with sleeper telling you he would allow you to sell his town?
in truth he was my co-mayor i sayed he could run the town not sell it in anyway like sell plots like 1/4 of the city not the whole town and he would get 50% of the money
I'd like to start off by saying thanks for taking the time to bring this to our attention. As many users know, selling, trading, and giving towns to others can be a very tricky situation. This complaint demonstrates just how confusing and complicated these situations can become. There are a few things that both of you need to keep in mind when going through this process. *You both need to know that Sleeper is the official owner of this town (sleep city), and that all official rights to this property are held by him alone as he was the one to legitimately submit an application and pay for it. *The Rules do state that once a town is sold "...the original owner may no longer interfere in the governance of said town..." *Though the rules do state that sleeper has no rights to the governance I encourage him to contact Wewin and Andrew about possibly reclaiming this town from the current unofficial owner. This may not work as you'll need ample evidence as to why you should be able to reclaim this property and the final verdict is up to their discretion. Do not have high hopes for reclaiming this town sleeper. D_face notified me that you two may have come to an agreement on the situation.
