Felon Username: pokemon6949 Complaint: pokemon6949 lied about that he was poor and he had $2500. He wanted a 20x20 plot from me (im the co mayor). I told him that I wold sell it to him for $2500 but he couldn't make a second floor. When he payed me he payed $4000. He lied for that. Then he said that i said he could build as much as he could because he gave a "extra money". I said no, he could build only plots because he played the normal price of the 20x20, $4000. He said he wanted a refund when I told him before he bought the plot, no greifing and no refunds and he said ok. Then he said he would write a complaint that I was scamming when I told him no refunds. Complaint noted. Can't do much about it, as other than begging/wanting something (with no screenshots of what exactly it was, or of him complaining, etc.) he hasn't 'physically' done something wrong. If he's swore at you or is harassing you, you can make another complaint with screenshots.
