General Purpose of Contract:

Investing $150,000 into the Vault of ECC (@Mission001 investing with @THCOOL)


I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

Note: @Mission001 may be further referenced as “the investor”.

I agree to the following terms:

- Agree to pay out 40% of all profit generated with the invested money. This will mainly be sourced from interest rates. @Mission001 will have this profit noted down and can be withdraw at any time, with a 24 hour grace period.

- Agree to repay the full investment amount within 7 days of the following 4 criteria having happened:

-- The investor has requested the funds be returned.

-- 2 months have passed since the investment was made (Unlock date: May 11th, 2016).

-- The money has been returned from a successful loan and is held by @THCOOL AND/OR the money has been determined to be scammed by ECC Staff as a result of a complaint.

-- Any and all debt to @THCOOL has been paid in full, if applicable.

- Agree to inform the investor of all payments made with the money, and how much profit I make so I can give the investor a fair 40% portion. This will be done via ECC’s forum.

- Agree that in the case of me being scammed out of the investment that I will still return 100% of the deposit out of my own funding. This allows an essentially risk-free investment.

- Agrees to pay interest available to the investor no later than the time the original investment is returned.


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

@Mission001 agrees to the following terms:

- He/She must send a total of $150,000 to @THCOOL within 24 hours of this contract being approved.

- He/She understands that the following 4 criteria must be true before the money can be received from @THCOOL:

-- The investor has requested the funds be returned.

-- 2 months have passed since the investment was made (Unlock date: May 11th, 2016).

-- The money has been returned from a successful loan and is held by @THCOOL AND/OR the money has been determined to be scammed by ECC Staff as a result of a complaint.

-- The investor does not owe any money to @THCOOL or other partners of Vault of ECC (as specified by @THCOOL)

- He/She understands the funds paid to @THCOOL are for the purpose of reinvestment by @THCOOL, and may be made available to other parties (including the Vault of ECC and its business associates) at the discretion of the @THCOOL when deemed as favorable business opportunities, at the sole discretion of @THCOOL. These other parties bear no obligation regarding this money and responsibility for the funds provided remains solely with @THCOOL.

- He/She understands that interest paid is based on the real profit, if any, of investments made by Vault of ECC and/or @THCOOL with the funds provided by the investor, and that certain times Vault and/or @THCOOL may settle debts for lesser amounts when it is a favorable business decision to do so, at the sole discretion of the Vault of ECC and/or @THCOOL. In these cases, the investor will be informed of the settlement amount, the reasons for the settlement, and the amount of their available interest, if any, as a result of the settlement.

- Agrees that if he/she is inactive for more than 2 months at a time then the funds will be forfeited to @THCOOL along with any unpaid interest.

- Agrees that should he/she owe any money to @THCOOL or other partners of the Vault of ECC (as specified by @THCOOL), his or her investment will be not be able to withdrawn until the debt has been paid in full, however, the investment may be put towards payment of the debt on the investor’s request.


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

Id like to hold off on this contract for a bit... I want to see how some other things turn out first (I spoke to mission in-game). So to any mod looking to handle this, please don't just yet, thank you
