General Purpose of Contract:
Sale of a $60 couponcode

I @techy88 agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
A. I will provide to @LordNate an unused $60 coupon code within 24hrs of payment of 360K via Forum PM.
B. After payment is received @techy88 cannot use or attempt to resell the coupon code.
C. If the code is invalid @techy88 will refund the payment of 360K(5 payments of 72K/wk) if the situation cannot be resolved by the appropriate staff handling coupon codes.
D. An invalid code means that the code can't be used to buy $60 of features before @LordNate (or anyone @LordNate may sell it to) attempts to use it.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@LordNate agrees to pay @techy88 360K within 24hrs of the approval of this contract for the purchase of the $60 unused coupon code.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
