General Purpose of Contract:
Loaning $600,000 with $900,000 due in 2 months (20th March 2016 (GMT+10))

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I agree to pay @TheSavageBull $600,000 ECD within 24 hours of this contract being approved.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@TheSavageBull must:
- Repay the loan of $900,000 over 2 months. With $100,000 ECD due each week for 8 weeks, then a final sum of $100,000 due on or before the 20th of March 2016. The first week will be due on the 28th January 2016. Dates in GMT+10. Here's a simple schedule of due dates:
28th January - $100,000
4th February - $100,000
11th February - $100,000
18th February - $100,000
25th February - $100,000
3rd March - $100,000
10th March - $100,000
17th March - $100,000
20th March - $100,000

- Pay late fees of $35,000 for every weekly payment that is late.
- Repay the above payments to a sign at /warp kokiri (Down the lift sign) under the sign that has "@TheSavageBull" on it. (-4717, 80, 861 Rising)
- If the loan is unpaid in full, including late fees, by the 20th of March 2016 (GMT+10) then an additional $100,000 will be charged and the loan due date extended by 1 week to the 27th of March (GMT+10).

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
