General Purpose of Contract:
@7airlinepilot will be paying me, @miner1975 $35,000 eco dollars. Once I receive this money I will add him as a Co-Owner of my town, Shadowalk (town app located Here). @7airlinepilot will have permissions to /rg addmember (usernames) only to have permission to my (soon our) 200x200 by 1 story melon farm. @7airlinepilot will sell permissions (perms) to my, @miner1975's, current one story melon farm for $2500 eco dollars (and that amount only) until the farm is upgraded to a 2 story melon farm. Once the farm is 2 stories, @7airlinepilot will sell for $5500 eco dollars (and that ammount only). I, @miner1975, will receive $300 eco dollars each perms @7airlinepilot sells. There will be a [lift down] sign to the 200x200 melon farm. @7airlinepilot will /lock and then /cmodify me, @miner1975, and any users he sells perms to. All users (unless i say different) must buy perms to the 200x200 melon farm to be able to be /cmodified (username) to the sign that [lift down]'s to the 200x200 melon farm. @7airlinepilot may NOT sell any plots in the town what so ever, nor agree to let them place/break any blocks in the town other than melons (unless I, @miner1975, say different or its an emergency).

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

Pay me $35,000 eco dollars
Only add members
Only allow farming/placing/breaking in designated 200x200 melon farm
Only sell perms to 200x200 melon farm
Only sell perms for $2500 in the current 1 story farm
Only sell perms for $5500 in future 2 story farm
Pay me $300 each sale
/cmodify all customers (and Me,@miner1975, ) into the [lift down] (to farm) sign
NEVER sell any plots in the town

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

anything having to deal with Krobkins and digger have been removed from the contract. Weird, is it possible for you to edit ur tags to avoid any confusion?
