[Contract] Access and Residence in Averlight

General Purpose of Contract:
Permanent access and residence in Averlight.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
*I agree to provide permanent member access to the town of Averlight (my personal redstone vault), under the terms of my personal No-Eviction Policy.
*I agree to provide one (1) storage facility of each nickla3107's and MattBrpQc choice (out of 12) at such a time they are built. Size choices will be 240, 492 or 540 chests and material may be stone brick, quartz, netherbrick or sandstone.
*I agree to provide appropriate payment created on a task-by-task basis for any help I request of either user when it comes to help with the town of Averlight. I shall not push in the case that either are unavailable for any reason, and will ask them to do any of these tasks when they are available and have the time.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
Both nickla3107 and MattBrpQc will agree to the following terms, and come to an agreement on their own terms for terms that are dependent on the other:
*Both users agree to Skylexia's No-Eviction Policy, and understand that they are fully bound by the rules laid out in it. Both users will be informed of changes to the policy if any occur. This policy also covers the town rules regarding griefing.
*They agree that unless otherwise instructed by Skylexia, they are not to touch anything in the town outside of their personal storage facilities provided by her.
*They agree that while they may decorate their facilities, they may not change the basic infrastructure of the facilities, as the facilities will also serve as examples for others.
*The facilities that the users may choose can be 1 of 3 sizes (240, 492, or 540 chests) and made of 1 of 4 materials (stone brick, quartz, netherbrick, or sandstone). The users may not pick the exact same size and material; 1 of the 2 variables must differ from one another. (For example, they can both pick a 492 size but they couldn't both be netherbrick; they could only both be netherbrick if one of them picks a different size.) It will be up to each nickla3107 and MattBrpQc to resolve any conflicts caused by this condition on size and material for each of their facilities.
*They agree to help Sky out as they are available and as she needs, for appropriate payment decided on a task-by-task basis. If an agreed-to task is incomplete for any reason and payment has already been given, they must inform Sky by any means possible ASAP.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

nickla3107 has breached the contract in the part of the no-eviction policy that states that users will be removed after 1 month of being banned without appeal. Nickla3107 has been removed from Averlight.

With MattBrpQc's permission, I am nulling this contract in favour of adding him to a new contract for the purposes outlined in this contract, that will include revised terms.
